Information you provide
Newsletter signup collects your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your full name. We record the signup source and the date and time of your consent. Event registration collects your first and last name, email address, company, and job title, with optional phone number, country, and how you heard about the event. Event registration includes a separate optional newsletter consent choice. Existing contact-enquiry processing records name, company, email address, message, submission page, and email-delivery status. Administrator accounts use sign-in information and assigned access roles.
Newsletter storage and use
Newsletter information is stored in the website's existing Lovable Cloud database. Subscriber records are restricted to authorized full administrators; visitors cannot browse the subscriber list. We use newsletter consent to maintain a list for community news, business insights, event invitations, partnerships, and opportunities across Georgia and Uzbekistan. Signing up does not automatically send a marketing email. Repeat signups do not create another subscriber record or overwrite the original consent record. Event registration and operational event emails remain separate from this signup.
Service providers and external links
Lovable Cloud supports website hosting, data storage, and authentication. Existing contact and event emails are processed through Lovable's email connector using Resend; this means relevant recipient and message information is provided to those services when those emails are sent. No new third-party newsletter marketing service is introduced by this signup. The site loads Google Fonts and offers Google sign-in for administrator accounts. Social links and other external links lead to services with their own privacy notices. Provider processing locations, international-transfer arrangements, and contractual safeguards require confirmation before this draft is finalized.
Consent and your choices
The newsletter form requires an affirmative consent checkbox. You can request that newsletter updates stop, withdraw consent, or request deletion of your subscriber information by emailing hello@gubusinesshub.com from the subscribed address. There is currently no self-service unsubscribe page or automated newsletter unsubscribe link. Requests are handled by the team; the response procedure and any necessary identity checks should be confirmed before publication. Removing a newsletter subscription does not by itself remove a separate event registration or enquiry record.
Retention
No fixed newsletter, event-registration, enquiry, or email-delivery retention period has been confirmed for this draft. The current subscriber system has no automatic expiry or deletion schedule. A retention schedule, the handling of withdrawal and deletion requests, any justified exceptions, and backup/provider retention must be agreed and documented before publication. This draft does not promise a specific deletion deadline or claim that removal from the active database immediately removes every provider or backup copy.
Security and privacy requests
The signup validates email addresses and requires consent before saving. Access restrictions limit subscriber reads to authorized administrators. These controls do not guarantee absolute security. To ask about your information, request a correction, withdraw newsletter consent, or request deletion, contact hello@gubusinesshub.com. The legal entity responsible for the service, its address, applicable legal grounds and rights, retention schedule, and provider/transfer details remain to be verified for the final policy.
